This section is explains how to pick up an e-card. If you do not find the answer you are
looking for, please contact our customer service.
Pick Up an E-Card
If someone has sent you an e-card, you should receive an e-mail notifiying you that you have received
a card. In that e-mail there is a link to your card. Clicking on that link will bring you directly to
your card!
We currently do not have a retrieval function to search for a card on our site. If you no longer have the e-mail
with the direct link to your card, you will need to create a new one. Cards are only kept in our system
for 30 days. After 30 days, the cards are removed.
