This section is to help searching on our site. If you do not find the answer you are
looking for, please contact our customer service.
Search by Name
If you know the name of the piece you are looking for, you can use our Product Search field
to find it. Just enter the name of the piece and click search. It will search for a match for
that name. If it cannot find a match, double check the spelling. If it still does not show
up, it is not in our database and thus not available.
Search by Item Number
Knowing the item number of the item can help make your search go quicker, but some item
numbers vary depending on where you look. Below are current item number layouts we use for
our products, many just drop the first part of the manufacturer number:
Department 56 = 56560 Lladro = 01525 Armani = 151F
Search by Keyword
To search by keywords, enter the keyword or keywords that best describe the piece you are
looking for. Searching by keyword is best if you know what the piece looks like, but don't know much else.
However, how you describe the piece may be different than our database describes it. Below
are some Do's and Do Not's.
DO
- Use spaces to separate words
- Try variations to similar words (ie.
cat for kittens, woman for lady, etc.)
- Choose 2 or 3 main keywords that describe
the type of piece (girl flower dog)
|
DO NOT
- Use quotes or punctuation unless
part of the name (ie. "girl with flowers")
- Put the Product Line name in the search
(ie. Lladro girl with flowers)
- Be too detailed (ie. girl in blue dress with flowered cap
holding red and white flowers)
