Charge Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Holiday purchases may be returned by January 10th for full credit. Items must be returned with all original packaging, enclosures and/or certificates. The purchase amount will be refunded less shipping expenses in the same manner payment was received.....check or charge card.

Shipping
All orders for $85 or more are shipped postpaid via regular UPS (continental U.S. only - Alaska & Hawaii are subject to added costs). On orders under $85, we charge $6.00. Call for terms on orders outside the continental U.S., priority shipments or unusually large or heavy items. UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Rush deliveries can be shipped UPS 3rd Day ($15), UPS 2nd Day ($30) or UPS Next Day ($40).

Damage claims
If you receive a damaged shipment, call our shipping department and a return label will be sent. A replacement or refund will be arranged. Claims for damage must be received within 14 days of purchase date.

Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. If an item ordered is not available at the Web posted price, you will be notified of the correct price before shipment is made.

Product Availability
We carry a very extensive inventory. However, due to the unpredictability of vendor shipments, we cannot guarantee availability of all items featured on our site at all times. All items are subject to prior sale. If an item is not in stock you will be so advised and will be asked if we should put it on backorder for automatic shipment when received.

Convenient Layaway Play Plan
We offer a very liberal layaway plan for your convenience. A down payment of only 20% will hold the item of your choice. The length of the layaway period is determined by the total dollar amount of the order. Minimum order $50.00.

We assess no carrying or interest charges for laybys paid for on time. Orders not paid in full by the due date may be assessed a charge of 1.5% per month on the owing balance computed from the date of order. Canceled layaway orders may be subject to a restocking charge equal to 20% of the original order amount.

Special Orders Welcome
With a down payment of 20% we will special-order any item for you. When the item is received, you will be notified so that final payment can be arranged or so that the item can be then put on layaway Special order down payments are nonrefundable unless we are unable to fill order within agreed time period.

Gift Wrapping
On orders over $100 we will gift wrap at no additional charge if requested. On orders under $100, we charge $3.50 per item for gift wrapping. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer, in which we are unable to gift wrap those items.
